Grand Mercure Ambassador Changwon, Changwon

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with nice modern rooms and exceptionally courteous staff. The selection of restaurants within the hotel was great, and having a mall right next door made dining and shopping exceptionally convenient. However, I did experience a downside with the air conditioning during my stay, which wasn't properly managed, affecting my comfort at night.
